Oyo NYSC Member’s Suicide Note To Parents: I’m Tired Of Life, Forgive Me. Johnson Oyilo: NYSC member who committed suicide in Ibadan. A serving member of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Mr. Johnson Onyilo, who committed suicide in Ibadan, left a suicide note stating he was fed up with life and pleaded with his parents to forgive him for all the troubles they went through to see him through school. Onyilo, a 2018 Batch B Stream 1 NYSC member, was reportedly serving in Ibadan North-West Local Government Area of the state, when the incident happened. It was further gathered that the deceased, who graduated from the Department of Accounting at the University of Jos, Plateau State, lived with his sister during his service. According to Vanguard, the Public Relations Officer of NYSC in the state, Mrs Christy Olatoye, confirmed the incident, praying that “God protects our youths from the rampant cases of suicide.” The remains of the young man are to be taken to Benue State l

Report came in not long that he died in court during trial Mohamed Morsy of Egypt  has  died, Egyptian state media reported Monday. Morsy had been in court, where he had been granted a request to make a statement. once the court adjourned, he fainted and passed away, state media also reported. The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has distanced himself from a statement in which he purportedly threatened to call for massive protests if the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal does not declare him winner. Atiku took to his verified Twitter handle to issue the rebuttal on Sunday. Sixty-seven-year-old fish farmer, Jeremiah Obrifor, has been remanded in prison custody for chopping off the right hand of  Goodluck Amaechi.His remand was ordered on Friday, by Mrs A.O. Komolafe of an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court, Lagos.Obrifor, who resides in the Okokomaiko area of the state, allegedly cut off Goodluck’s hand right with a machete on June 7, claiming that the lad was attempting to steal from his fish pond. The fish farmer was arrested after the incident was report to the police. Police  prosecutor,Inspector Chinalu Uwadione, who brought Obrifor before the court on four counts bordering on attempted murder, grievous harm and unlawful assault, said the defendant committed the offences, around 8.40pm, at 14, Issa Ibrahim Street, Okokomaiko on the said day.He said the offences contravened sections 173, 230, 245 and 246 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges and elected summary trial.Chief Magistrate,

Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold , has suffered a terrible loss as his father passed on Prince Hakeem Adeyemi Kosoko, the Permanent Secretary of Education District 4, died during the night after suffering an undisclosed ailment. Mr Kosoko was flown abroad due to the ailment and his position had to be temporarily filled by a replacement for over a month. He recently returned to Nigeria to recover, a source told LIB. Sadly, he passed on hours ago. A teacher who works under Mr Kosoko’s district in Lagos revealed to LIB that his death was announced to the teachers in Education District 4 this morning.
